# About MN Home Sale Pros

MN Home Sale Pros is a free directory of Minnesota home-sale inspection professionals: MPCA-licensed SSTS (septic) inspectors, MDH-licensed radon testers and mitigators, and city-licensed Truth-in-Sale-of-Housing (TISH) evaluators, organized by county.

It is for Minnesota sellers, buyers and agents dealing with septic compliance inspections at transfer, radon disclosure and testing, and city point-of-sale (TISH) evaluations. For Minneapolis, we link the city's official evaluator finder.

## Where the information comes from

See [about our data](https://mnhomesalepros.com/about-our-data/).

## How it's built

* Listings are rebuilt from the official source files on each refresh; every listing shows its source and retrieval date.
* Rules and cost guides link the statute, regulation, agency page or official fee schedule they rely on. Where we couldn't confirm something from an official source, we say so or leave it out.
* Nothing here is legal advice. Requirements change, so confirm with the agency or town before you act.

## Independence

MN Home Sale Pros is independent. It isn't affiliated with any government agency, licensing board or contractor, and a listing is not an endorsement. See [how we make money](https://mnhomesalepros.com/how-we-make-money/), [how we verify listings](https://mnhomesalepros.com/how-we-verify/) and [about our data](https://mnhomesalepros.com/about-our-data/).
