--- title: "Septic Inspectors & Radon Pros in Beltrami County, MN: 9 Licensed | MN Home Sale Pros" description: "7 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspectors and 2 MDH-licensed radon pros based in Beltrami County, Minnesota, for home sales." canonical: https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/beltrami/ --- [Home](https://mnhomesalepros.com/) › [Counties](https://mnhomesalepros.com/counties/) › Beltrami County # Septic inspectors and radon pros in Beltrami County, MN 7 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 2 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Beltrami County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area. Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance ([MPCA local SSTS programs](https://www.pca.state.mn.us/business-with-us/local-septic-system-programs)). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business. ## SSTS (septic) inspectors (7) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### A1 Backhoe & Septic Service LLC 1212 Balsam Rd NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 ☎ [(218) 368-1569](tel:2183681569) ✉ travis2115@icloud.com Certified staff: Travis J Yerbich Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Pipelayer License L4134, expires 2027-10-01 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL4134) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### H & R Septic Design 10727 Nature Rd NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 ☎ [(218) 759-0408](tel:2187590408) ✉ kjramondo@gmail.com Certified staff: Kenneth J Ramondo PE, Peter C Hartmann PE Also licensed: Designer, Service provider License L3106, expires 2027-05-27 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL3106) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### KDI Services LLC 6494 Mayflower Rd NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 ☎ [(218) 536-0326](tel:2185360326) ✉ septic.kdiservices@gmail.com Certified staff: Nathan P Kelley Also licensed: Designer License L4412, expires 2027-09-19 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL4412) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Karvakko Engineering, Inc. 210 24th St NW Suite 100, Bemidji, MN 56601 ☎ [(218) 444-8004](tel:2184448004) ✉ mike.karvakko@karvakko.com Certified staff: Keith E Kinnen Also licensed: Designer License L3984, expires 2027-03-06 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL3984) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### Larson Environmental 5473 Timber Ridge Dr NE, Bemidji, MN 56601 ☎ [(218) 766-7528](tel:2187667528) ✉ larsonenviro@midco.net Certified staff: David A Larson PSS Also licensed: Designer License L608, expires 2027-03-18 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL608) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Bemidji Sewer & Waterworks Inc. 23760 Pass Rd NE, Hines, MN 56647 ☎ [(218) 766-1971](tel:2187661971) ✉ bswseptic@yahoo.com Certified staff: John R Henry III Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Pipelayer License L4086, expires 2028-10-09 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL4086) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Karl Dobmeier 21440 Hines Rd NE, Hines, MN 56647 ☎ [(218) 835-5568](tel:2188355568) ✉ karld@paulbunyan.net Certified staff: Karl S Dobmeier, Logan W Dobmeier Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Pipelayer License L3006, expires 2027-08-03 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL3006) ##
