--- title: "Septic Inspectors & Radon Pros in Blue Earth County, MN: 9 Licensed | MN Home Sale Pros" description: "5 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspectors and 4 MDH-licensed radon pros based in Blue Earth County, Minnesota, for home sales." canonical: https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/blue-earth/ --- [Home](https://mnhomesalepros.com/) › [Counties](https://mnhomesalepros.com/counties/) › Blue Earth County # Septic inspectors and radon pros in Blue Earth County, MN 5 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 4 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Blue Earth County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area. Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance ([MPCA local SSTS programs](https://www.pca.state.mn.us/business-with-us/local-septic-system-programs)). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business. ## SSTS (septic) inspectors (5) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### J R Bruender Construction Inc 60318 206th St, Eagle Lake, MN 56024 ☎ [(507) 257-3238](tel:5072573238) ✉ steve@jrbruender.com Certified staff: Steven J Bruender Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Service provider, Pipelayer License L57, expires 2027-03-13 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL57) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Corey Seppmann Well Drilling Co 53910 207th Military Rd, Mankato, MN 56001 ☎ [(507) 625-2790](tel:5076252790) ✉ cswd@hickorytech.net Certified staff: Corey J Seppmann Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Pipelayer License L1935, expires 2027-10-09 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL1935) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### Jadd Seppmann & Sons Inc 54043 State Hwy 68, Mankato, MN 56001 ☎ [(507) 625-3400](tel:5076253400) ✉ office@seppmannandsons.com Certified staff: Drew M Seppmann, Todd M Seppmann Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Service provider, Pipelayer License L310, expires 2027-03-13 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL310) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Boening Brothers Construction Service LLP 56677 125th St, Mapleton, MN 56065 ☎ [(507) 524-3730](tel:5075243730) ✉ boeningbrothers@gmail.com Certified staff: Kyle B Boening, Steven C Boening Also licensed: Installer, Service provider, Pipelayer License L146, expires 2027-03-13 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL146) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### Bolton & Menk, Inc. 2900 43rd St NW Suite 100, Rochester, MN 55901 ☎ [(507) 625-4171](tel:5076254171) ✉ brianma@bolton-menk.com Certified staff: Brian P Malm PE Also licensed: Designer License L1241, expires 2029-08-11 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL1241) ##
