--- title: "Septic Inspectors & Radon Pros in Dakota County, MN: 22 Licensed | MN Home Sale Pros" description: "9 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspectors and 13 MDH-licensed radon pros based in Dakota County, Minnesota, for home sales." canonical: https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/dakota/ --- [Home](https://mnhomesalepros.com/) › [Counties](https://mnhomesalepros.com/counties/) › Dakota County # Septic inspectors and radon pros in Dakota County, MN 9 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 13 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Dakota County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area. Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance ([MPCA local SSTS programs](https://www.pca.state.mn.us/business-with-us/local-septic-system-programs)). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business. ## SSTS (septic) inspectors (9) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Onsite Solutions Inc. 2305 E 115th St, Burnsville, MN 55337 ☎
