--- title: "Septic Inspectors & Radon Pros in Douglas County, MN: 6 Licensed | MN Home Sale Pros" description: "4 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspectors and 2 MDH-licensed radon pros based in Douglas County, Minnesota, for home sales." canonical: https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/douglas/ --- [Home](https://mnhomesalepros.com/) › [Counties](https://mnhomesalepros.com/counties/) › Douglas County # Septic inspectors and radon pros in Douglas County, MN 4 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 2 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Douglas County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area. Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance ([MPCA local SSTS programs](https://www.pca.state.mn.us/business-with-us/local-septic-system-programs)). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business. ## SSTS (septic) inspectors (4) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Al Hanson Excavating 10429 State Hwy 27 W, Alexandria, MN 56308 ☎ [(320) 886-5369](tel:3208865369) Certified staff: Mark A Hanson Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Pipelayer License L337, expires 2026-10-31 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL337) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### Elwood Septic Professionals, LLC 2511 County Rd 82 NW, Alexandria, MN 56308 ☎ [(320) 815-8297](tel:3208158297) ✉ elwoodseptic@gmail.com Certified staff: Scott D Elwood Also licensed: Designer, Service provider License L2820, expires 2028-08-06 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL2820) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Greg Lillemon 19730 County Rd 1 NW, Ashby, MN 56309 ☎ [(218) 747-2504](tel:2187472504) ✉ ggaj@prtel.com Certified staff: Gregory S Lillemon Also licensed: Designer License L1224, expires 2027-06-11 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL1224) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Tim Sukke Excavating Inc 9355 Fairfield Creek Rd NE, Carlos, MN 56319 ☎ [(320) 852-7565](tel:3208527565) ✉ tcsukke@gmail.com Certified staff: Timothy C Sukke Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Pipelayer License L2110, expires 2027-03-24 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL2110) ## Radon testing and mitigation (2) ✔ MDH radon license MeasurementMitigation ### Central Minnesota Radon 1110 Fillmore St, Alexandria, MN 56308 ☎ [(218) 639-1504](tel:2186391504) 🌐 [centralmnradon.com](https://www.centralmnradon.com) 1 MDH-licensed professional * Charley Speed (RMITS-00022) Service area (per MDH): Statewide Source: [MDH Radon Service Providers](https://radon.web.health.state.mn.us/serviceProviders.jsf), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=M047) ✔ MDH radon license MeasurementMitigation ### Glacial Lakes Radon LLC 2204 Parkview Rd NE, Alexandria, MN 56308 ☎ [(320) 262-9014](tel:3202629014) 🌐 [glaciallakesradon.com](https://glaciallakesradon.com) 1 MDH-licensed professional * Kevin Boike (RMITS-00075) Service area (per MDH): Statewide Source: [MDH Radon Service Providers](https://radon.web.health.state.mn.us/serviceProviders.jsf), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=M084) Data last verified 2026-10-12 against MPCA's SSTS licensed-business data and MDH's radon service provider list. ## Neighboring counties [Grant County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/grant/) · [Otter Tail County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/otter-tail/) · [Pope County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/pope/) · [Stearns County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/stearns/) · [Stevens County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/stevens/) · [Todd County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/todd/) ## Guides [Septic (SSTS) at sale](https://mnhomesalepros.com/septic-inspectors/) · [Radon at sale](https://mnhomesalepros.com/radon/) · [Truth-in-Sale of Housing](https://mnhomesalepros.com/truth-in-sale-of-housing/)
