--- title: "Septic Inspectors & Radon Pros in Goodhue County, MN: 8 Licensed | MN Home Sale Pros" description: "5 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspectors and 3 MDH-licensed radon pros based in Goodhue County, Minnesota, for home sales." canonical: https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/goodhue/ --- [Home](https://mnhomesalepros.com/) › [Counties](https://mnhomesalepros.com/counties/) › Goodhue County # Septic inspectors and radon pros in Goodhue County, MN 5 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 3 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Goodhue County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area. Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance ([MPCA local SSTS programs](https://www.pca.state.mn.us/business-with-us/local-septic-system-programs)). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business. ## SSTS (septic) inspectors (5) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Environmental Design Group Inc 30581 Wild Turkey Ct, Frontenac, MN 55026 ☎ [(651) 341-6938](tel:6513416938) ✉ septicandwell@gmail.com Certified staff: Chris A Bosshart, Ryan M Langhans Also licensed: Designer, Service provider License L1955, expires 2027-04-10 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL1955) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Bruce's Backhoe Service 36130 Cty 2 Blvd, Goodhue, MN 55027 ☎ [(651) 923-4190](tel:6519234190) Certified staff: Bruce W Holst Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Pipelayer License L1993, expires 2026-10-16 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL1993) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### Voight Electric & Construction Inc 32977 County 7 Blvd, Goodhue, MN 55027 ☎ [(651) 258-4012](tel:6512584012) ✉ voightelectric@sleepyeyetel.net Certified staff: Daniel J Voight Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Service provider, Pipelayer License L3330, expires 2027-05-20 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL3330) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### MJS of Red Wing Inc PO Box 46, Red Wing, MN 55066 ☎ [(651) 388-6473](tel:6513886473) ✉ mjsofredwing@yahoo.com Certified staff: David F Klair, Debbie J Kull, James K Kull, Larry S Kull Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Pipelayer License L1575, expires 2027-03-27 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL1575) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### EcoSense Septic Services, LLC 32075 County 7 Blvd, Welch, MN 55089 ☎ [(612) 201-5217](tel:6122015217) ✉ ecosenseseptic@gmail.com Certified staff: Montana D Sense Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Service provider, Pipelayer License L4177, expires 2027-06-14 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL4177) ## Radon testing and mitigation (3) ✔ MDH radon license MeasurementMitigation ### Radon Defense Systems 11467 260th St E, Cannon Falls, MN 55009 ☎ [(612) 369-1422](tel:6123691422) 🌐 [radondefensesystems.com](https://www.radondefensesystems.com) 1 MDH-licensed professional * Richard Beckman (RMIT-00066) Service area (per MDH): 50 miles Source: [MDH Radon Service Providers](https://radon.web.health.state.mn.us/serviceProviders.jsf), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=M207) ✔ MDH radon license Measurement ### Northwoods Home Inspection Group LLC 50710 20th Ave, Kenyon, MN 55946 ☎ [(651) 212-1035](tel:6512121035) 🌐 [northwoodsinspections.com](https://northwoodsinspections.com) 2 MDH-licensed professionals * James Franklin (RMEA-00650) * Ryan Moore (RMEA-00463) Service area (per MDH): Statewide Source: [MDH Radon Service Providers](https://radon.web.health.state.mn.us/serviceProviders.jsf), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=M169) ✔ MDH radon license Measurement ### Olander Home Inspection Services LLC 31109 Ski Rd Trail, Red Wing, MN 55066 ☎ [(651) 301-2224](tel:6513012224) 1 MDH-licensed professional * Evan Olander (RMEA-00329) Service area (per MDH): 100 miles Source: [MDH Radon Service Providers](https://radon.web.health.state.mn.us/serviceProviders.jsf), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=M172) Data last verified 2026-10-12 against MPCA's SSTS licensed-business data and MDH's radon service provider list. ## Neighboring counties [Dakota County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/dakota/) · [Dodge County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/dodge/) · [Olmsted County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/olmsted/) · [Rice County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/rice/) · [Wabasha County](https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/wabasha/) ## Guides [Septic (SSTS) at sale](https://mnhomesalepros.com/septic-inspectors/) · [Radon at sale](https://mnhomesalepros.com/radon/) · [Truth-in-Sale of Housing](https://mnhomesalepros.com/truth-in-sale-of-housing/)
