--- title: "Septic Inspectors & Radon Pros in Scott County, MN: 12 Licensed | MN Home Sale Pros" description: "5 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspectors and 7 MDH-licensed radon pros based in Scott County, Minnesota, for home sales." canonical: https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/scott/ --- [Home](https://mnhomesalepros.com/) › [Counties](https://mnhomesalepros.com/counties/) › Scott County # Septic inspectors and radon pros in Scott County, MN 5 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 7 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Scott County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area. Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance ([MPCA local SSTS programs](https://www.pca.state.mn.us/business-with-us/local-septic-system-programs)). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business. ## SSTS (septic) inspectors (5) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### South Metro Septic Service 117 W Main St, Belle Plaine, MN 56011 ☎ [(612) 245-3103](tel:6122453103) ✉ n89t@aol.com Certified staff: Donald J Savage Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Pipelayer License L4182, expires 2027-09-01 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL4182) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Bohn Well Drilling Company 18190 Dairy Ln Suite 101, Jordan, MN 55352 ☎ [(952) 445-4809](tel:9524454809) ✉ info@bohnwell.com Certified staff: Charles M Bohn, Joey E Menden Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Pipelayer License L1043, expires 2027-04-17 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL1043) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### Westman Guenther Septic Services LLC 1205 Butterfly Ln, Jordan, MN 55352 ☎ [(952) 495-4485](tel:9524954485) ✉ markwestman00@gmail.com Certified staff: David J Guenther, Mark D Westman Also licensed: Designer, Service provider License L4187, expires 2029-08-12 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL4187) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### McKinley Sewer Service 16961 Mushtown Rd, Prior Lake, MN 55372 ☎ [(952) 440-1800](tel:9524401800) ✉ mckinleysewer@gmail.com Certified staff: Matthew M McKinley Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Pipelayer License L2899, expires 2027-12-15 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL2899) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Blackwater Systems 646 Roundhouse St, Shakopee, MN 55379 ☎ [(952) 250-1649](tel:9522501649) ✉ bdmatter@outlook.com Certified staff: Brent D Matter Also licensed: Designer License L2003, expires 2027-04-14 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL2003) ##
