--- title: "Septic Inspectors & Radon Pros in Washington County, MN: 11 Licensed | MN Home Sale Pros" description: "3 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspectors and 8 MDH-licensed radon pros based in Washington County, Minnesota, for home sales." canonical: https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/washington/ --- [Home](https://mnhomesalepros.com/) › [Counties](https://mnhomesalepros.com/counties/) › Washington County # Septic inspectors and radon pros in Washington County, MN 3 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 8 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Washington County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area. Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance ([MPCA local SSTS programs](https://www.pca.state.mn.us/business-with-us/local-septic-system-programs)). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business. ## SSTS (septic) inspectors (3) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### Midwest Sewer Services 6616 Indian Wells Trail, Grant, MN 55110 ☎ [(651) 492-7550](tel:6514927550) ✉ Brian@midwestsoiltesting.com Certified staff: Brian L Humpal, Christopher R Uebe, Vincent W Humpal Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Maintainer, Pipelayer License L2896, expires 2026-12-22 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL2896) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### SS Septic Solutions LLC 14845 113th St S, Hastings, MN 55033 ☎ [(651) 343-9117](tel:6513439117) ✉ sssepticsolutions@gmail.com Certified staff: Shelley L Schlomka Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Pipelayer License L4137, expires 2026-11-05 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL4137) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### David R.
