Septic inspectors and radon pros in Washington County, MN
Get free quotes from up to 3 licensed pros
3 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 8 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Washington County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area.
Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance (MPCA local SSTS programs). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business.
