--- title: "Septic Inspectors & Radon Pros in Wright County, MN: 10 Licensed | MN Home Sale Pros" description: "4 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspectors and 6 MDH-licensed radon pros based in Wright County, Minnesota, for home sales." canonical: https://mnhomesalepros.com/county/wright/ --- [Home](https://mnhomesalepros.com/) › [Counties](https://mnhomesalepros.com/counties/) › Wright County # Septic inspectors and radon pros in Wright County, MN 4 MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector businesses and 6 MDH-licensed radon businesses list an address in Wright County. Many work across counties, and most radon pros list a statewide service area. Minnesota has no single statewide septic-at-sale rule, but many counties and cities require an SSTS compliance inspection at property transfer by local ordinance ([MPCA local SSTS programs](https://www.pca.state.mn.us/business-with-us/local-septic-system-programs)). Ask the county or city SSTS office whether a transfer inspection applies. Inspections must be done by an MPCA-licensed SSTS inspector business. ## SSTS (septic) inspectors (4) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Rusty's Perculation Testing 11481 Riverview Rd NE, Hanover, MN 55341 ☎ [(763) 498-8779](tel:7634988779) Certified staff: Joseph J Olson Also licensed: Designer License L810, expires 2027-05-05 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL810) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Ferrell Excavating Inc 11151 Hollister Ave NW, Maple Lake, MN 55358 ☎ [(612) 501-6240](tel:6125016240) ✉ chrisferrellmn@yahoo.com Certified staff: Christopher H Ferrell Also licensed: Designer, Installer, Pipelayer License L489, expires 2027-04-10 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL489) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed InspectorIntermediate InspectorAdvanced Inspector ### Minnesota Geotechnical Services, LLC PO Box 771, Maple Lake, MN 55358 ☎ [(320) 980-6218](tel:3209806218) ✉ mngeoserv@gmail.com Certified staff: Mark J Hayes Also licensed: Designer, Service provider License L3203, expires 2027-08-03 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL3203) ✔ MPCA SSTS licensed Inspector ### Schirmers Percolation Testing, Inc 951 Katydid Ln NE, Saint Michael, MN 55376 ☎ [(763) 497-3566](tel:7634973566) ✉ sptesting.wastewater@comcast.net Certified staff: Steven B Schirmers Also licensed: Designer License L394, expires 2027-04-07 · bonded, insured Source: [MPCA SSTS](https://services.pca.state.mn.us/api/doc/v1/ssts/licensed-businesses), retrieved 2026-10-12 · [Claim/correct/remove](https://mnhomesalepros.com/list-your-business/?id=SL394) ##
