The owner did extra work on my property that I didn't agree to and then tried to charge me extra money. When I refused to pay the extra money he started threatening to vandalize my property and escalated things claiming I entered a verbal contract with him. Verbal contracts aren't a thing…

We were very pleased with the work Hjerpe Contracting did for us at our office. We would highly recommend them.
