# How we verify listings

Listings come from public Minnesota records, all retrieved and checked on 2026-10-12: MPCA SSTS licensed businesses (inspector, intermediate inspector or advanced inspector designation), MDH-licensed radon service providers, and the City of Saint Paul's approved TISH evaluators.

## What we check

* Each business holds a current license on the agency source at retrieval; license designations are shown on the listing.
* Businesses are filed by the county of their address of record. MDH service areas are shown as published.

## What we don't verify

* Workmanship, prices, insurance or availability.
* Phone numbers and websites added later by a provider, until the claim process checks them against the official record.
