It's good for 365 days and valid for one sale by the owner named on it. * It is a *disclosure* report. The only item *required* in single-family homes is an operational hard-wired smoke detector/alarm (Saint Paul Legislative Code ch. 58). * Evaluators set their own fees, and the city won't recommend one.
